How do I place an order?

How and when will my order be delivered?
Gift selections will be posted on the next working day (Monday to Friday) following your order by Royal Mail first class delivery.
Gift vouchers will be posted on the next working day (Monday to Friday) following your order by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery.
What is the last date that I can place an order for Christmas delivery?
The last date to place your order for Christmas delivery is Thursday 19th December. Orders placed on this date will be posted on Friday 20th December.
What will the shelf life on the product be?
The shelf life of the products in our gift selections varies but all are dated post January 2025.

Can Booths gift vouchers be spent online?
Unfortunately, Booths gift vouchers are not redeemable online and can only be redeemed in store.
How do I order a gift voucher for less than £30.00 value?
Gift vouchers are available to purchase in all of our stores. Please visit the kiosk to make your purchase.
Alternatively you can order by calling our customer care team on 0370 774 9506 however please note that delivery charges will apply for gift voucher purchases less than £30.00.
Where can I find out more information about the products in the gift selections?
All information about our products can be found on the product page. This includes ingredients, allergens and storage instructions. Our Customer Care opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Can I amend my order once it has been placed?
If you notice an error with your order, please contact our Customer Care team immediately on 0370 774 9506. All orders are processed and posted as quickly as possible therefore we are unable to amend any orders once processed.
